On October 2, 2023, the Eastern District of California confirmed an arbitral award in SinSin Europe Solar Asset Ltd. Partnership, et al. v. SPI Energy Co. Ltd., No. 2:22-cv-01991. The Court however refused to grant petitioners injunctive relief in the form of a world-wide asset freeze as premature, and invited petitioners to seek this relief again when they can prove that respondent is refusing to comply with the Court's order.

Respondents are represented by Michael Amberg and M. M. Utterback of King & Wood Mallesons LLP. Petitioner is represented by Todd M. Noonan and David A. Cheit of Noonan Law Group.
