SCOTUS to Hear Argument in Consolidated Smagin Appeals

On Tuesday, April 25, 2023, SCOTUS is set to hear oral argument in two consolidated cases, Yegiazaryan v. Smagin and CMB Monaco v. Smagin. The main issue in these cases is whether actions interfering with a domesticated award could constitute a "domestic injury" for the purposes of a RICO action.
